United Infrastructure POWER T&D is seeking a highly skilled Cabling Project Manager to join our expanding EHV Cabling Division. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing significant EHV cable projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, within budget, and on schedule while collaborating with key industry players such as National Grid, SSE, and SPENW.
With the growth of our cabling division, this role will encompass projects across the entire UK.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in developing win strategies for strategic bids and tenders.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all project phases to achieve key milestones, including providing support for the mobilization of new projects.
- Approve the scope of work, project plans, and estimates for each project component.
- Ensure consistency in project controls such as PMP, QA/QC, and CPP throughout the project.
- Manage project planning, risk and change management, earned value management (EVM) analysis, and internal budget control.
- Prioritize project resources and resolve conflicting requirements to enhance project delivery.
- Uphold performance management standards within project delivery teams.
- Maintain high-quality project programming and produce monthly reports.
- Ensure effective resolution of project-related issues while providing leadership and guidance.
