Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Project Manager:Oversee a diverse portfolio of environmental projects throughout Minnesota and the Midwest, including environmental due diligence, site investigations/delineation, remediation, and underground storage tank (UST) removals.Facilitate site compliance with MPCA programs such as the Voluntary Investigation & Cleanup (VIC) Program, Petroleum Brownfields Program (PBP), and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Program, alongside similar initiatives in neighboring Midwest states.Draft and assess technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions adhering to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and other state-specific requirements.Manage field operations related to soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor intrusion investigations and remediation activities.Ensure project deadlines, budgets, scopes, and overall profit/loss are maintained effectively.Recruit and supervise subcontractors throughout Minnesota and the Midwest region.Provide mentorship and training to scientific staff.Proactively uphold safe work practices in alignment with MNOSHA and other state regulations.Establish and nurture client relationships across Minnesota and the broader Midwest.Utilize professional networks to identify and pursue business opportunities across the region.
