About the job

Join Hadrian – Pioneering the Future of Manufacturing

At Hadrian, we are on a mission to revolutionize how aerospace and defense companies manufacture their critical components, rockets, satellites, jets, and ships. Our autonomous factories enable production that is ten times faster and half the cost, thanks to our innovative blend of cutting-edge software, advanced robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing processes.

With the recent achievement of a $260 million Series C funding, we're excited to expand our operations with a new state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, Arizona, encompassing 270,000 square feet and generating 350 new jobs. Our ambitious plans include establishing a new headquarters, launching Hadrian Maritime for naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of just individual parts.

Hadrian collaborates with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and major defense contractors across aerospace, shipbuilding, and aviation sectors to enhance production efficiency and accelerate the delivery of mission-critical projects. Supported by top-tier investors such as Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our rapidly growing team is committed to reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond!

The Opportunity

As a CNC CAM Programmer at Hadrian, you will be integral in crafting CAM packages and CNC programs for intricate, high-precision components. This role is pivotal in bridging manufacturing with software research and development, allowing you to contribute to the technologies that are shaping the future of production.

Your responsibilities will include generating precise CNC programs that adhere to our established programming standards, thereby ensuring the success of your colleagues in CAM Operations. You will produce reliable CAM files and efficient programs swiftly and accurately.

We are looking for a candidate with a keen analytical mindset who views challenges as opportunities for innovation. You will need to address and solve these challenges systematically while contributing to our knowledge base, which includes tooling, application processes, workholding design, and manufacturing methodologies. Your proactive communication, teamwork, and integrity will be essential in enriching our company culture.
