Qualifications
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the primary point of contact for publishers utilizing our self-serve platform, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring their success.
Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve client delivery and ROI targets.
Collaborate with Ad Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to address technical challenges and enhance workflows.
Deliver insights and recommendations to aid publishers in audience growth and revenue enhancement.
Provide off-hours monitoring as needed to guarantee campaign success.
Contribute directly to revenue growth, earning commission based on gross profit from publisher accounts.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
At least 1 year of experience in digital media, ad operations, or programmatic advertising (experience with publishers is a plus).
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, IAS, and DoubleClick; familiarity with SSPs and/or DSPs is advantageous.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, comfortable resolving technical issues.
Excellent communication abilities for client-facing interactions and cross-team collaboration.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
A self-starter with a keen interest in ad tech, publisher monetization, and audience acquisition strategies.
