TEAM
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a vital role in attracting, engaging, and securing talent who contribute to Woven by Toyota’s objective of shaping the future of mobility through software and technology. Collaborating closely with business and engineering leaders, our TA team anticipates talent needs and formulates effective end-to-end recruiting strategies that consistently yield high-quality candidates. Central to our mission is the commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring timely hires that align with our strategic objectives.
The Campus Recruiting and Early Career Talent Manager operates on a global scale within TA, working cross-functionally with hiring managers, leadership, and educational institutions to guarantee that early-career hires align with both immediate business requirements and long-term organizational growth through our Software Engineer Internship Program. This role also partners with Learning & Development (L&D) and HRBP teams to advocate for investment in and the successful execution of initiatives aimed at cultivating early career talent, particularly through a new Rotation Program.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We seek a strategic planner and executor for our internship programming and early career integration activities. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on developing global programs from the ground up, enjoys teamwork, and takes full accountability for results. You will also collaborate closely with other HR teams to implement early career onboarding and/or L&D programs as we prioritize the development of early career talent and provide career advancement opportunities.
