Essential Functions

Plant Care

Topping and bottoming plants
Transplanting and defoliating
Monitoring various growth media
Inspecting for disease and pests
Training plants for optimal growth
Adhering to national cultivation standards

Harvest Responsibilities

Preparing rooms for harvest
Harvesting and dismantling plants
Defoliating and segmenting plants
Hanging plants on the drying rack
Cleaning flower and drying rooms between harvests

Sanitation Duties

Performing sweeping, mopping, and necessary cleaning
Cleaning plant housing and maintenance equipment
Maintaining plant tables and pots
Reporting issues to management promptly

Safety & Compliance

Identifying hazards in the workspace
Understanding and retaining department-specific training
Reporting safety incidents and complying with follow-up actions
Following all safety requirements and regulations
Maintaining accurate records as directed
