CANTEEN ASSISTANT (MATERNITY COVER)
The Langham, London is seeking a dedicated Canteen Assistant to join our team in The Yard, our colleague restaurant. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing an efficient canteen service to our staff, ensuring that meals are served in a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment, all under the guidance of our Executive Sous Chef.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a pristine and well-organized canteen space for colleagues.
- Delivering exceptional and friendly service in a bustling environment.
- Ensuring food and beverage availability during The Yard's operating hours.
- Collaborating closely with Staff Chefs and Back of House teams to guarantee a continuous supply of food, drinks, and dining ware during service.
- Adhering to food storage and handling protocols that comply with best practices in food hygiene.
- Partnering with Human Resources on special initiatives such as themed meals and holiday lunches.
- Providing valuable feedback to the Executive Sous Chef.
- Exhibiting independence and resourcefulness in your work.
