We are currently seeking a dynamic Capture Director to spearhead strategic, data-driven pre-award initiatives across our Department of Defense (DoD) portfolios. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in research-driven, analytical settings and relish the opportunity to be hands-on throughout the capture and proposal development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data-Driven Capture Strategy: Establish and oversee a structured capture pipeline informed by quantitative research, market intelligence, and industry trends.
Analyze PWS/SOW/RFP requirements to determine key drivers, evaluation priorities, and competitive positioning.
Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and opportunity qualifications to inform strategic decisions.
Transform research insights into actionable capture plans and strategic shaping initiatives.

Develop Strategic Teaming Solutions: Identify and engage potential partners to fill capability gaps and enhance competitive positioning.
Facilitate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and partner coordination with support from the Contracts team.
Foster collaborative relationships that elevate technical solutions and customer value.

Drive Task Order Capture Excellence: Lead capture efforts for task orders within the DoD environment, crafting opportunity-specific strategies and solution frameworks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and momentum throughout the capture cycle.

Collaborate on Proposal Strategy & Execution: Act as a capture leader during the proposal phase, collaborating with Proposal Managers, writers, and technical experts.
Contribute to the development of win themes, compliance matrices, and strategic messaging.
Engage in color team reviews to drive clarity and competitiveness in submissions.
Provide technical writing inputs to strengthen proposal submissions.
