Responsibilities:Manage CRM data by creating and maintaining opportunities and contacts. Support client onboarding processes, including conflict checks, AML checks, and internal acceptance procedures. Conduct due diligence searches. Prepare liquidation appointment documentation, statutory filings, advertisements, and notification packs. Draft standard correspondence, including emails and letters. Log and assist with creditor claims adjudication. Prepare VAT returns and VAT deregistration submissions. Communicate with HMRC on CT, VAT, PAYE, and MVL matters via various communication channels. Liaise with internal finance teams for invoice generation and payment processing. Monitor deadlines and ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance requirements. Maintain accurate case files within our electronic document management system. Assist with research on complex group structures.
