This Role

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient progression of cases. Your primary focus will be on the operational aspects of pre-litigation, including opening claims, managing medical record requests, obtaining police reports, and addressing lien matters, all to arm attorneys with fully comprehensive and timely information.

What You'll Do:

  • Open and manage communication for insurance claims with carriers.

  • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports.

  • Oversee lien and subrogation issues to ensure prompt resolutions.

  • Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and work towards effective solutions.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, plus equity options.
