We are seeking: A dedicated Case Manager to bolster our Operations team.
As a Case Manager, you will become part of a dynamic team of technical experts addressing supply chain challenges related to customized parts.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Case Manager, you will:
Implement strategies to enhance on-time delivery, quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track the progress of various customer orders and partner projects.
Deliver exceptional service to customers and partners through effective relationship building, collaboration, and timely updates on orders.
Utilize your technical knowledge (or collaborate with subject matter experts) regarding manufacturing design and production to ensure timely job completion.
Evaluate supplier capabilities and maintain supplier oversight, which includes conducting phone assessments, creating schedules, performing quality reviews, and implementing corrective actions.
Evaluate the implications of manufactured part rejections and communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve any arising issues.
Handle customer complaints that result in product replacements.
