As a Rater for the Casper test, your contribution is vital, and we invite you to become part of our Rater community as an on-demand contractor.
In this role, you will assist our partners based in Australia in making informed admission choices.

Your Responsibilities as a Casper Rater
- Become a certified Rater. Undergo virtual, scientifically validated onboarding training to learn how to evaluate applicants' test responses, including strategies to mitigate implicit bias.
- Engage in continuous training and annual recertification. Participate in refresher training sessions and complete our paid annual Rater recertification to maintain high-quality standards.
- Evaluate and score Casper responses. Review and assess text and video submissions from applicants, benchmark them against the overall test-taker pool, and assign scores according to established guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback. Offer insights to enhance and optimize the Casper test, platforms, and content.
