Responsibilities:
- Safely and compliantly operate Class 8 commercial vehicles.
- Drive passenger vehicles with adherence to safety standards.
- Operate Class 8 autonomous vehicles on public roads and testing tracks.
- Provide constructive feedback on vehicle performance and capabilities.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Uphold and enhance Waabi's commitment to excellence in safety.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in commercial driving with combination vehicles.
- Clean background check, drug screening, and driving record.
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices.
- Team-oriented and open-minded attitude with a desire to assist colleagues.
- Strong interest in self-driving technology and innovative problem-solving.
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vehicle autonomy.
- Background in troubleshooting computer systems.
