Qualifications:Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and undergo a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical agility to maneuver in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
