To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:A genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Patience, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Must be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

This rewarding role allows you to work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a Behavior Technician, you will employ evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills, while effectively managing challenging behaviors. Your compassion and patience will be vital in helping children achieve their fullest potential.

We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary tools to succeed in this role, even if you have no prior experience. The work can be physically demanding, as you may need to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and lift children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
