Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities:Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings, employing a blend of intensive teaching methods and natural environment training. Adhere to the behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols detailed in clients' individualized treatment plans established by BCBA/BC. Accurately collect, document, and analyze data regarding observable client behavior. Support training for parents and caregivers aligned with the client’s customized treatment and behavior reduction strategies. Ensure timely completion of documentation in accordance with established protocols. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by BCBA/BC. Implement safe procedures while working with clients and report all critical incidents and safety concerns appropriately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

Our team of highly skilled clinicians uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to design personalized programs. These programs break down everyday tasks into manageable steps, enhancing communication skills, daily living abilities, and social interactions for children both at home and in their communities.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center.
