Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion for making a difference in children's lives.

Centria Autism is hiring a Center-Based Behavior Technician in Gresham, Oregon. This position involves working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, supporting their growth and learning in a center setting.
What You Will Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work directly with children to encourage positive behavioral changes
- Support children as they develop important life skills
