Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct client care in both 1:1 and group environments using intensive teaching and natural environment training methods.
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, record, and analyze data on observable client behaviors.
Support parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client progress according to established procedures.
Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
Adhere to safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients, promptly reporting any critical incidents or safety concerns.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition plans.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, on-site
