This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy in a clinical setting designed for both effective care and professional support. Operational tasks are handled by a dedicated team, so clinical staff can focus on their expertise and the children they serve.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Base salary: $85,000 to $90,000 per year
  • Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, averaging about $1,000 per month
