Role overview
As an RBT in this center-based setting, daily work involves providing behavioral support to children. The role emphasizes hands-on engagement, using individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Key responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children, implementing treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Support children as they practice communication, social, and daily living skills
- Document each session and track progress as part of ongoing care
- Participate in regular training and receive guidance from clinical supervisors

- Access ongoing training to strengthen skills as an RBT
