In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your primary focus will be to utilize evidence-based strategies to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. This is an opportunity to contribute positively to the development of children, helping them achieve their fullest potential.
We seek candidates who are dedicated to supporting children with autism. The ideal applicant will be patient, empathetic, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory. However, applicants should be physically capable of engaging with children, which may involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
