In this vital role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to minimize challenging behaviors. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential.

Ideal candidates will possess qualities such as patience, compassion, and effective teamwork skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide extensive training to equip you with the tools you need to succeed. Please note that working with children may require physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or items up to 50 pounds.
