Our Mission
At Life Skills Autism Academy, part of Centria Autism, we are dedicated to providing a structured, center-based ABA Therapy program that emphasizes the importance of early and intensive intervention for children on the autism spectrum. We focus on equipping young children with the skills they need to reach their fullest potential.
As leaders in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our highly qualified clinicians craft tailored, one-on-one therapy programs that simplify complex tasks into achievable steps. This approach is designed to enhance communication, daily living skills, and social interactions, ensuring children thrive academically, socially, and within their communities.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, on-site.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician:
- Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using a mix of intensive teaching methods and natural environment training.
- Adhere to behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as defined in the client's individualized treatment plan developed by a BCBA/BC.
- Collect, document, and analyze data on observable client behaviors.
- Support parent and caregiver training aligned with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation following established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
- Exercise safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients and report critical incidents and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and conducting behavior assessments.
