Our expert clinicians in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) create personalized, one-on-one programs that simplify routine tasks into achievable steps. This therapeutic approach aids children with autism in enhancing their communication skills, daily living capabilities, and social interactions essential for success in school, home, and the community.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, center-based

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician include:

  • Deliver direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching methods and natural environment training
  • Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies as dictated by the client’s individualized treatment plan developed by BCBA/BC
  • Collect, document, and analyze data on observable client behaviors
  • Support parent and caregiver training in alignment with individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation conforms to established procedures
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA/BC
  • Adhere to safe practices when working with clients and report all critical incidents and safety issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work and therapy environment
  • Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and conducting behavior assessments
