Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while helping to minimize challenging behaviors. Even if you do not have prior experience, we will provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success in this role. Please note that the position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, lifting, and engaging in various physical activities with children, including those who may weigh up to 50 pounds.
