Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:A genuine passion for helping children with autism. Strong patience and compassion, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year). Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Additionally, candidates are required to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician Certification following onboarding.
