Qualifications

To excel as a Behavior Technician, you should meet the following criteria:Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, and pass a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to adopt various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
