The Center-Based Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician at Centria Autism works on-site in Portland, Oregon, directly supporting children with autism. Spanish fluency is required for this role, as it helps build strong relationships with both children and their families. What you will do
- Help children with autism achieve developmental milestones
- Communicate in both Spanish and English with children and their families to build trust and understanding
- Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts
- Conduct assessments and document each child's progress
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to adjust and improve treatment strategies as needed
Team and supervision
This position reports to board-certified behavior analysts. Regular collaboration with other professionals ensures each child receives care tailored to their unique needs.
