Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf instruction is required.1+ years of club fitting experience is preferred. Previous experience as a GOLFTEC Certified Personal Coach is highly desirable. Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA is preferred. Proven leadership aptitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. In-depth knowledge of golf swing mechanics. Capability to stand, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods, and lift items over 30 pounds. Graduation from a PGM program is a plus!

Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, and additional performance-based incentives. Compensation metrics are determined by both team and individual performance.

Position Summary:

As a Center Manager, you will serve as a mentor and leader to our coaching team, while also providing top-notch services to your students. We seek individuals who embody our core values, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and are passionate about our mission to enhance golfers’ skills. Center Managers are crucial in ensuring smooth and successful center operations, and will be responsible for reporting monthly performance metrics and inventory to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion GOLFTEC Company Values and adhere to GOLFTEC Policies and Procedures within the Training Center.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities of a Certified Personal Coach alongside managerial duties.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor Certified Personal Coaches while aiding in their GOLFTEC University preparation and successful completion.
  • Oversee Coaches' performance management, including lesson reviews, performance evaluations, setting monthly goals, and conducting annual reviews.
  • Prioritize exceptional Customer Service at all levels and address student concerns as necessary.
  • Manage the Training Center's operational hours and schedule while ensuring adherence to all State & Federal mandatory breaks and GOLFTEC policies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports against established goals to leadership.
  • Audit and approve timecards for all Training Center employees.
  • Facilitate monthly commission splits and individual commission meetings with Coaches.
  • Conduct Monthly Staff Meetings.
  • Collaborate with GOLFTEC Headquarters to implement initiatives that enhance Center operations.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing checklists are completed.
