Key Responsibilities:Calculate the Estimated Zero Fuel Weight (EZFW) and relay this information to the flight dispatcher. Prepare necessary flight documentation such as checklists and logs to meet airline requirements. Assess ULD (Unit Load Device) needs for each flight and send UCM telexes post-arrival and departure of aircraft. Meticulously verify incoming documentation, including cargo lists and loading instructions, and collaborate with relevant teams to rectify discrepancies. Relay special load information (e.g., AVI) to the Centralized Load Control team for inclusion in the NOTOC (Notice to Captain). Alert the Loading Supervisor regarding weight limitations and offload cargo based on priority. Monitor trapped fuel that may impact the ZFW and promptly inform the flight dispatcher of any significant ZFW changes. Contact Centralized Load Control for final confirmations and check the accuracy of the final load sheet for pilot approval. Update the cockpit crew on last-minute changes and adjust the load sheet accordingly. Qualifications:Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentationAble to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks effectivelyStrong team player with excellent communication and coordination abilitiesComfortable with technology and familiar with airline systems (DCS, telex, email, etc.)Self-motivated, methodical, and adaptive to unexpected changesAviation experience or a minimum of 3 months in a customer service role is preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the U. S. and willing to complete all required airline and safety training
