This pivotal role is essential in maintaining our fleet of campervans to the highest standards, enabling our customers to enjoy unforgettable journeys. As a Rental Fleet Agent, you will be part of our Malmö team, collaborating with the Central Europe Regional Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our campervans are always available and in top-notch condition, contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the local leader, your main responsibilities will include executing all processes and procedures related to vehicle maintenance: Conducting systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system issues. Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance Light bodywork repairs involving spare parts replacement (e.g., lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors) Substituting and repairing campervan spare parts Troubleshooting campervan appliances
