Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic and self-care activities to enhance clients' functionality under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- Monitor client activities to ensure proper execution and provide encouragement and suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in supervision meetings with OTR, contributing to progress reports and updates.
- Document client session outcomes using SOAP note format.
- Educate clients, their families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrate exercises that facilitate improved performance of daily tasks.
- Verify client information through interviews and review medical history.
- Follow and adapt treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct instruction on therapy techniques, including positioning and environmental adaptations.
- Maintain therapy records by documenting client progress.
- Assist in revenue generation by accurately recording service billing information.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to protocols and legal regulations.
- Maintain therapeutic equipment by following operational guidelines and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Communicate supply and equipment needs to management.
- Uphold professional standards and compliance with occupational therapy policies and procedures.
