Role Overview: Change Management Specialist (Manila)
The Change Management Specialist will support a large group of network engineers and technical project managers during a significant network technology refresh for a major global bank. This role centers on managing change requests and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with deployment engineers to plan, execute, and close change requests
- Work closely with technical project managers and network engineers to support project goals
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage and track change management processes
