If you are seeking a new challenge as a Change Manager, you will oversee the Change activities within the People & Organisation department, reporting directly to the Chief People & Organisation Officer.
YOUR MISSION
As a Change Manager, your primary role is to guide and structure change initiatives to ensure their adoption, coherence, and sustainable impact on the organization, thereby enhancing the chances of success for the projects involved.
You will work closely with HR teams, business units, and management to steer the human and organizational aspects of the company's strategic transformations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading change management initiatives as part of internal transformation programs (digitalization, tool evolution, process enhancements, reorganization, etc.)
Defining and implementing a structured change management approach based on the ADKAR® methodology across NRB Group
Conducting organizational and human impact analyses, identifying adoption risks, and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
Coordinating change activities in a project mode, adhering to best practices
Structuring and monitoring communication, training, and employee support plans
Assisting the Sponsor in crafting their Change Story and fulfilling their role as Change Leader while establishing their Sponsor Network as needed
Supporting managers and key users in their roles as change advocates
Establishing indicators to track adoption and measure change maturity within the organization
Proposing continuous improvement for transformation and change management practices
Fostering a culture of change within NRB, emphasizing agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
