Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar capacity within the ICT or cybersecurity sectors. Experience in the Middle East and/or European markets is highly advantageous. Skills and Competencies:Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity hardware products and solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas to varied audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Channel Strategy Development:

  • Craft and implement channel strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners effectively.
  • Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Boost sales through channel partners by designing and executing impactful sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to formulate business plans that promote mutual success.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to unveil new opportunities and address competitive challenges.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings.

Partner Enablement and Support:

  • Deliver training and support to channel partners on product features, advantages, and market positioning.
  • Design and facilitate sales and technical training programs.
  • Assist partners in marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Engage closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with partners regarding new products, updates, and promotional campaigns.
