Qualifications
Key Requirements:MCIAT qualification preferred3-5 years of experience with existing buildingsSite experience is essentialExperience in Contract Administration is a plusThorough knowledge of Building Regulations and their applicationProven ability to deliver complete working drawing CAD packagesStrong independent and collaborative working skillsExpertise in Autodesk Revit is criticalExcellent organizational and management capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working alongside various trade disciplines and external consultantsWillingness to work both in the office and on-site across the UKWill require a DBS checkDriving license and own vehicle are necessaryDesirable Attributes:Background in residential and care home designFamiliarity with traditional construction methodsWorking knowledge of NBS Create is advantageous but not essentialA valid CSCS card is beneficial but not mandatoryExperience with Excel or project management software

We are currently seeking a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) to join our head office in Eccles.
Role Overview:
As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing detailed design and construction drawings, as well as managing projects from RIBA stages 3 to 7. Your primary focus will be on the conversion and refurbishment of existing buildings, transforming care homes and domestic properties into shared living spaces for adults with mental health needs.
