The ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:Previous experience in a busy, upscale restaurant environment. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a structured kitchen. Strong teamwork skills, collaborating with Chefs, Prep Chefs, Kitchen Porters, and both FOH & BOH management. Proficient knife skills. Responsibility for the meticulous preparation of food items at assigned stations.
