The Production Manager will oversee the critical end-of-process area, which includes bagging, palletizing, storage, and managing logistics for our UK and international customers. Quality assurance is paramount, as you will serve as the gatekeeper for our product standards. With our ongoing investment and commitment to continuous improvement, we are keen to expand our site management team.This role collaborates with a team of Production Managers working Monday through Friday, with a shared 24/7 responsibility across different production areas. You will ensure product quality, motivate the team, uphold health and safety standards, and actively drive improvements in processes and performance metrics.
