As a Chemistry AI Training Specialist, contribute by designing complex, deterministic chemistry problems, each with one clear, verifiable answer. These tasks help evaluate and improve modern AI models by requiring deep subject knowledge, strong reasoning, and computational accuracy.
Projects may cover computational chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and areas that overlap with chemical engineering. Some assignments will involve specialized chemistry software tools.
What You Will Do
- Design chemistry problems that reflect real-world scientific workflows.
- Develop deterministic tasks with a single correct answer and ensure each solution is thoroughly checked.
- Create problems that require advanced reasoning and computational skills.
- Use Python and, when needed, domain-specific chemistry tools or simulation packages.
- Document all tasks clearly, ensuring reproducibility and technical accuracy.
- Write concise, rigorous technical explanations in English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Experience (research or industry) with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with scientific libraries.
- Strong grasp of modeling, numerical methods, and chemical reasoning.
- Ability to create original and challenging problems that go beyond basic textbook examples.
- Keen attention to detail and strong technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using specialized computational chemistry software.
- Background in teaching or tutoring chemistry-related subjects.
Location
