Chief Compliance Officer
Position Overview -
The Chief Compliance Officer is a pivotal leadership role at Entyre, crucial for the company's expansion in heavily regulated sectors. This isn't a mere maintenance position or a simple policy-writing task. Instead, you will spearhead the development of a robust compliance function that will facilitate Entyre's growth across the U. S., beginning with Medicaid-funded caregiver compensation and eventually branching into related programs and healthcare products.
Your primary objective is to provide the Board and the leadership team with a clear and transparent understanding of Entyre’s compliance stance, identifying potential risks, and outlining necessary changes.
This position reports directly to the Board and is designed to maintain independence, objectivity, and credibility. You will evaluate risks throughout the organization, identify issues promptly, and ensure that compliance matters are thoroughly analyzed and communicated effectively. Your role is not to create bureaucracy, but to enable Entyre to scale responsibly, maintaining clear standards, transparency, and disciplined follow-through.
You will translate complex federal and state regulations into practical, actionable guidance that can be consistently applied across operations and product execution. Your efforts will include testing the efficacy of compliance measures in practice and establishing systems that ensure strong execution becomes repeatable. You must adeptly navigate between high-level board discussions and detailed operational insights, grasping regulatory nuances while assessing real-world workflows to pinpoint areas where speed, ambiguity, or regional variations may pose risks.
This role demands versatility, resilience, and precision. You must be able to make decisive calls, remain independent under pressure, and highlight challenges before they escalate into issues.
