ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture: Develop architectural solutions based on system requirements. Technical Coordination: Spearhead cross-disciplinary design efforts among mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams. Trade-Off & Design Analysis: Perform feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and system-level simulations to inform technical decisions. Integration & Validation: Supervise system integration, prototyping, and validation, ensuring performance targets are met. System Reviews: Facilitate design and architecture reviews to maintain alignment between requirements, design, and testing. Continuous Improvement: Implement processes to improve requirements traceability, system documentation, and validation workflows. Candidate RequirementsOver 10 years of experience in system engineering within the robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors. MSc in Engineering (any field); PhD is an advantage. Demonstrated experience leading full system lifecycles from concept to prototype to validation. Strong expertise in system architecture, requirements engineering, and trade-offs analysis.

About the Role
In the capacity of Chief Engineer, you will take full ownership of the architecture, system definition, and execution of our robotic systems, overseeing the journey from initial concept to field deployment. You will collaborate closely with project managers and technical leaders to translate mission objectives into comprehensive system-level designs, orchestrate multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensure the overall performance, robustness, and reliability of our systems.
