Following our merger with e-Courier, we've unified two robust platforms to create the largest TMS specifically designed for last-mile and courier operations. With the backing of Ionic Partners, we are committed to enhancing operational efficiency, returning to profitable growth following a period of investment, and pursuing further acquisitions. We aim to double our impact over the next three years and are seeking a CFO to play a pivotal role in this growth journey.
As a senior leader within our organization, you will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on driving growth, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering solutions that help our clients achieve operational efficiencies. CXT is on a path of organic growth while actively considering strategic acquisitions to bolster our capabilities and provide cutting-edge technology solutions to our markets. In your role as CFO, you will be at the forefront of these initiatives and will serve as a key representative for the company among investors, lenders, and customers.
