About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives. The CISO will report directly to our Chief Risk Officer (CRO), ensuring that security considerations are integrated into our strategic planning.
This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure that security measures are aligned with technological advancements. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical foundation, exemplary leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Design and implement security architectures and policies to safeguard our systems, customer data, and digital assets. Maintain knowledge of emerging threats and industry best practices.
Team Management: Inspire and lead a high-caliber security team, fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration throughout the organization.
Strategic Vision: Ensure the security program aligns with our business goals. Provide strategic insight on security threats and risk management to the executive leadership.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to financial transactions, sensitive information, and compliance obligations, ensuring that our risk management practices are both robust and proactive.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to emerging regulations such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and MiCAR (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation). Develop and implement policies that meet these requirements in collaboration with relevant teams.
Pragmatic Solutions: Exhibit the capability to balance compliance demands with engineering flexibility, driving effective and pragmatic security solutions.
