In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing operational excellence, aligning strategic priorities, and executing key initiatives within our People organization. Collaborating closely with the CPO and the People Leadership Team, you will ensure that our strategic objectives, priorities, and operational rhythms are aligned and effectively executed as we grow. Your influence will be crucial in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, fostering collaborative efforts across the People Leadership Team and Centers of Excellence. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting the transformation of the People organization into an AI-first, highly efficient function. You will identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate routine tasks, accelerate insights, enhance decision-making processes, and fundamentally revolutionize how the People team operates on a larger scale. Your Impact: Lead the operational cadence of the People Leadership Team, encompassing leadership meetings, quarterly and annual planning, and strategic reviews. Ensure cohesive alignment across People functions and Centers of Excellence by integrating strategy, planning, and execution. Collaborate with functional leaders, PMO, and finance to translate company priorities into clear objectives and operational plans for the People team. Develop robust reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor key People metrics, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance, coordinating reporting metrics for the board and executive team as necessary. Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance the operational efficiency of the People organization, streamlining routine reporting and communication while improving data synthesis for quicker, more informed decisions.
