We seek candidates who have demonstrated success in previous roles, particularly in understanding the nuances between 0→1 and 1→10 growth phases, and know how to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership in Marketing
- Guide department heads in Growth, Creative, Brand, and Influencer initiatives
- Establish the frameworks, processes, and culture necessary for scaling our operations
- Set collaborative marketing standards throughout the organization
Revenue and Financial Oversight
- Drive marketing's impact on revenue growth and margin performance
- Strategically allocate budgets across channels and markets based on performance metrics
- Balance short-term growth with long-term brand development
