Role overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead global brand, growth, and digital innovation strategies for Kensington Tours. This executive position combines strategic brand leadership with the responsibility to deliver scalable growth. The CMO is tasked with modernizing the marketing ecosystem, using digital, omnichannel, and AI-driven approaches. The role sits at the intersection of brand, data, technology, and culture, shaping how high-net-worth travelers discover and engage with Kensington Tours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies for acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead a digital-first demand engine, ensuring the majority of revenue and leads originate from online channels.
- Expand growth beyond paid search by building out lifecycle marketing, paid social, content, partnerships, affiliates, and new platforms.
- Design growth marketing frameworks that include experimentation, attribution, cohort analysis, and ongoing optimization.
