The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a dynamic execution role that requires high energy and strategic thinking. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering leadership and R&D teams to propel CEO-priority development projects from conception through to delivery. You will establish a rigorous weekly operational rhythm, clearly defining ownership and milestones, identifying risks and dependencies early on, and facilitating decisive actions to ensure smooth execution. Your role will also encompass synthesizing updates into concise, executive-level reports for leadership and the organization.
This position is best suited for a high-performing operator with outstanding judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven history of expanding responsibilities rapidly. It is a hands-on role that demands high ownership and exposure, and it is distinct from traditional Executive Assistant duties or PMO-oriented processes. While strong analytical skills and clear communication materials are valued, the primary focus here is on driving tangible execution and achieving delivered outcomes.
