Your Mission
We are seeking a remarkable Chief of Staff to spearhead CVX Ventures as we embark on our next phase of growth, expanding into both established and emerging markets. You will play a pivotal role in our goal to establish Europe’s largest and most dynamic angel investor network, a unique platform where capital converges with expertise to foster the creation of outstanding companies.
In this hands-on leadership position, you will be instrumental in defining the vision, implementing strategic initiatives, and recruiting and empowering teams across borders. You will set the operational standards and growth pace while being prepared for temporary relocations as we explore new markets.

Since our inception in 2020, our community has expanded to over 700 members, including angel investors, board members, and C-level executives, who have collectively invested more than EUR 100 million in over 100 companies.

Currently, CVX consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals, with plans to expand to over 100 within the next 24 months.
As our Chief of Staff, you will:
- Champion growth and execution across all CVX markets, both existing and new.
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in each market.
- Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence.
- Drive the continual expansion of our angel investor network across Europe.
- Represent CVX in public forums, events, conferences, and media, to enhance visibility and trust.
- Engage in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem involvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence and performance across all markets.
- Report directly to the Board.
