In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings for our sales team, and supporting our overall sales initiatives. While a college degree is not a prerequisite, exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for sales are essential.Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, gaining insights into their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Account Coordination: Assist in managing client accounts, including setting up new accounts, processing renewals, and ensuring all client information is current. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive client experience. Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service enhancements. Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to meet client needs. Client Onboarding: Aid in onboarding new clients, providing essential resources and information to facilitate their start. Feedback Collection: Collect and relay client feedback to enhance our services and client experience. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service Skills: Strong aptitude for understanding and fulfilling client needs. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing and effectively resolving client issues. Time Management: Proficient in managing time and meeting deadlines. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing applications is a bonus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
