Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution: Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and executive leadership to translate the company's vision and strategy into actionable technical programs and execution frameworks. Program Leadership: Manage the comprehensive portfolio of technical programs, including significant product launches, platform scalability efforts, and automation in security operations, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Operational Excellence: Streamline and enhance Technical Program Management processes, tools, and reporting systems to boost predictability, quality, and efficiency across engineering and product divisions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for intricate cross-functional programs, facilitating collaboration among Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to eliminate obstacles and manage interdependencies. Communications & Reporting: Develop and deliver executive-level communications, program status updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

In the role of Chief of Staff - Director of Technical Program Management at TENEX, you will act as a vital catalyst for our executive and technical teams. Your mission will be to foster strategic alignment, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the seamless execution of all technical programs, thereby driving the successful realization of our ambitious product roadmap. This position is key to scaling our engineering organization, managing cross-functional projects, and serving as an essential link between leadership and engineering teams.
