As our engineering department expands from six to ten and beyond, we are on the lookout for a Chief of Staff, Engineering. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the SVP of Engineering to enhance execution, bolster operational rigor, and ensure seamless alignment across our rapidly growing technical teams.
In the capacity of Chief of Staff, Engineering, you will serve as both an operational and strategic partner to the SVP of Engineering. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-departmental coordination and planning, refining execution processes, and ensuring visibility into organizational priorities, risks, and advancements. Additionally, your role will enhance leadership efficiency by managing key projects, facilitating communication, and promoting organizational cohesion.
