Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and optimizing organizational performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior executives, ensuring the flawless execution of key projects and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multifaceted initiatives to achieve business targets aligned with our vision, corporate guidelines, and policies.
  • Champion the strategic agenda of the company, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of strategic plans across the organization, ensuring they align with our goals.
  • Identify strategic challenges, propose solutions, and oversee the implementation of initiatives.
  • Manage the CEO Office operations, prioritizing engagements, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
  • Craft and align materials for the CEO’s corporate and board engagements, including impactful presentations and reports.
  • Foster effective communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments to support strategic alignment.
  • Define and manage agendas for Board and Business Review Meetings, ensuring the execution of strategic priorities.
  • Establish governance frameworks and manage strategic scorecards to gauge success against objectives.
  • Drive the agenda for the Board of Directors, collaborating closely with the Board Secretary for effective outcomes.
  • Coordinate high-impact strategic projects with internal and external partners to achieve significant results.
  • Design and manage an efficient organizational structure for the CEO's Office, optimizing resource use and communication.
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and practices for operational excellence.
  • Oversee talent management in the CEO's Office, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Administer the CEO Office budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
